Hi, I’m Colin, and I run Intelligent Vehicle Diagnostics LTD. I’ve been working in the motor industry for over 31 years, so it’s fair to say I’ve seen quite a few changes in vehicle technology over that time. What hasn’t changed is the importance of properly getting to the bottom of a problem and giving customers straightforward, reliable service.
Based in Kent and covering parts of Sussex, I provide specialist vehicle diagnostics, auto electrical work, auto locksmith services and vehicle security fitting.
I use dealer-level diagnostic tooling to investigate faults properly and get a clearer picture of what is happening with your vehicle. I combine the latest technology with the practical knowledge that only comes from years of hands-on work.
I’m also TASSA registered, Level 4 EV trained, and IMI TechSafe accredited, so you can be confident that your vehicle is being worked on by someone who takes training, safety and professional standards seriously
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt over the years, it’s that customers don’t want unnecessary jargon or guesswork. They want to know what the problem is, what can be done about it and who they can trust to do the job properly.
That’s the approach I bring to every vehicle I work on.
I’ll take the time to understand the issue, carry out the right checks and explain things clearly. Whether it’s a straightforward job or one of those faults that nobody else seems to be able to pin down, I’m always happy to take a look.
If you’ve got a vehicle fault, electrical problem, key or locking issue, or you’d like to discuss improving your vehicle’s security, feel free to get in touch.
Intelligent Vehicle Diagnostics LTD is based in Kent, with services available across the surrounding area and into parts of Sussex. If you’re unsure whether I cover your location, just get in touch and ask.
